HEAD UNIT READY TO INSTALL
Install DashArc.
Then configure the app.
This guide starts with the DashArc APK download and ends with the app ready to use on the vehicle head unit.
Download the DashArc app APK
On the internet-connected vehicle head unit, open dasharc.app in the browser and tap Download Here. Open the DashArc APK you just downloaded and confirm installation. Allow the browser to install apps if requested.
Or carry the DashArc APK on a USB drive
On a computer, download the DashArc app APK, copy the file to a USB drive, and connect it to the vehicle’s data USB port. In the head unit file manager, select the DashArc APK and confirm Install.
Open the DashArc app and grant permissions
Open the newly installed DashArc app and grant the permissions requested during setup. Return to the DashArc app after each system authorization.
Authorize the ADB / RSA access requested by DashArc
If ADB access is unavailable, the DashArc app displays the instructions, the ADB menu code, and the options to enable. When the USB debugging / RSA prompt appears, select Always allow from this computer and tap Allow / OK.
Enable automatic startup for the DashArc app
In DashArc, open Automatic startup, enable the DashArc app in the head unit startup manager, return to DashArc, and tap Open DashArc.
